Most of them is free.

Find universities that fit your budget and profile

Tell us where you want to go, what you want to study, your grades and English score, and the most tuition you can pay per year. The list below then shows only the universities that fit you. A school whose tuition is not listed yet is never hidden by a budget — unknown is not the same as too expensive.

Universities & programs — most of them is free

One list, one search. Every card shows its application fee exactly as it stands: FREE, or the real fee that university charges. Pick a country above, or search and filter here — the list updates where you stand, and shows 24 schools at a time so it stays fast.

Our rule: 4 free applications per student

Every student can apply to up to 4 universities free through ApplyXplore. We never charge an application fee of our own for those 4 applications. If a university is free, you pay nothing. If a university charges a fee, we'll try to waive that amount first. If it can't be waived, you can pay it — or simply not apply to this one. If you apply, we'll update you before anything is due. Your 4 choices can be in one country or across countries — pick your best 4 and we file them for you.

How ApplyXplore works

You do the choosing. We do the filing. Your applications are submitted under your own name and your own email address, so universities and visa officers always write to you directly — and the agent-side updates come to our team, who keep your file moving.

1

Register & build your profile

Create your free ApplyXplore profile inside Register free — tap “Register free” and complete the one form: personal details, education history, English test scores. One profile works for every university.

2

Choose up to 4 universities — free

Each student can apply to 4 universities free. Pick your best 4 from the list above — most of them is free to apply to, and ApplyXplore never adds a charge of its own for those 4. Where a university does charge a fee, we try to get it waived before you pay anything.

3

Upload your documents once

Passport, transcripts, certificates, English test, statement of purpose, financial proof. Upload them once; we reuse them for every filing.

4

We file your applications

Our team prepares and submits each application through official partner channels under your email, then confirms to you what was filed, where, and when — as a message in your student panel, one thread for each application.

5

Offer, visa, fly

Offers typically arrive within 30–60 days. You pay the tuition deposit, and you get visa support, with a licensed adviser, before you fly. Nothing is guaranteed: the university decides admission, and the embassy decides the visa.

One tracker for every application

Every student sees the same journey, stage by stage — no guessing, no chasing emails.

Documents to get ready

Requirements vary a little by school and program, but almost every application asks for the same core set. Having these scanned and ready is what makes a five-day filing possible.

Passport

A valid passport — the information page, scanned in colour. It should be valid for your whole planned course if possible.

Transcripts & certificates

Your most recent academic transcripts and certificates. Non-English documents need a certified English translation.

English test score

IELTS, TOEFL, PTE or Duolingo — whichever you have. No score yet? Register anyway; some schools accept a Medium of Instruction letter, and we will tell you which.

Statement of purpose

One page on why this program, why this country, and your plan after graduating. Draft it in your own words — we polish, we don't invent.

Financial proof

Bank statements showing you (or your sponsor) can cover tuition and living costs. Needed for the visa stage at every destination.

CV & recommendations

For Master's and PhD applications: a current CV and one or two recommendation letters from teachers or employers.

Questions, answered straight

Is it really free? What do I pay?

Yes — up to 4 applications per student are free through ApplyXplore. Most universities on this page charge no application fee at all — most of them is free — and ApplyXplore never charges an application fee of its own for those 4, so registering and applying through us costs you nothing for your 4 choices. Our team is paid by the universities after you enrol — the same commission model education agents have always worked on. You pay tuition and government visa fees, exactly as any student does.

How does ApplyXplore earn money?

ApplyXplore is an American company helping students around the world apply to universities and colleges. Universities pay us a commission when a student we filed enrolls — students are never charged extra for it, and most universities here are free to apply to in the first place. That is why your 4 applications through us cost you nothing.

What if the university I want charges a fee?

A small number of listed universities charge their own application fee, and the card shows that fee honestly. Our rule: we first try to get the fee waived. If it cannot be waived, the choice is yours — pay that university's fee, or leave it and choose another university. We never add a charge of our own on top, and nothing is ever paid without you choosing it.

After I apply, how will you contact me? What if I need to fill in a form?

After you apply, each of your applications gets its own messages inside your student panel. Our team sends updates there for that one application. When we need details from you, that message includes a link to a short form — you tap the link, fill it in right there, and it goes back to our team for that application. You don't need to search your email for the right link, and different applications never get mixed together.

Who actually submits my application?

The US Xplore team prepares and files it through official partner channels under your own name and your own email address. That matters: the university's offer letters, requests and decisions come to you directly, and our team handles the agent side — chasing documents, deadlines and the university — for you.

How many universities can I apply to for free?

Up to 4 per student — that is the ApplyXplore rule. Every student can apply to 4 universities free: choose your best 4 in the form (Choice 1 plus Choices 2, 3 and 4). They can be in one country or across countries. All 4 are filed free by our team. If one of your 4 charges its own university fee, we try to waive it first, and nothing is paid unless you choose to pay it. Want help picking your 4? Register and tell us in the notes — we will build the list with you.

I haven't taken IELTS yet. Can I still register?

Yes. Several listed schools accept a Medium of Instruction letter or offer their own English assessment, and others will assess the rest of your file while you prepare for the test. Register now so your place in the intake queue is held by your file, not by a test date.

What does ApplyXplore not do?

We never charge an application fee of our own, we don't guarantee admission or a visa (nobody honestly can), and we don't submit anything with documents you haven't approved. Admission is the university's decision; our job is a complete, correct, on-time file.
